# How to Mark a Student as an Alumni?

## Follow the given steps to mark passout students as alumni:

1. Login to [Vawsum Web](https://web.vawsum.com/) using your credentials as an Admin.
2. Click on the**Institution** Dropdown. Go to the**Students**Option.
3. A detailed report of all the students now appears. Click on the **'A'** icon beside the name of a student to move him to the Alumni section.
4. **Map the student** to the Alumni section by updating all the required details for student discontinuation.
