# How to make an Announcement from the app?

## Follow the given steps to make an announcement:

1. Login to [Vawsum](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vawsum) app using your credentials as an Admin/Teacher.
2. Click on**Make a Diary entry** option.
3. Click on announce. (microphone icon)
4. Select the desired template and make the announcement after entering the required fields in the template.
5. Now select the diaries for which you wish to make the announcement.
6. Click on Post.
