# How Parents Can Raise Leave Application ?

## Parents can follow the below steps to raise a Leave Application for their child using Vawsum App:

1. Login to [Vawsum App](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vawsum) using your credential as a **Parent**.
2. Go to Menu (**Three parallel lines available on top right corner of screen**).
3. Scroll the page down and Click on **Leave Application** (available under **Tools**).
4. Next, Click on the **Plus (+)** icon (available at the **bottom right corner** of the screen).
5. Select the desired **Date range** for the Leaves to be applied for.
6. Then Select a **Reason for Leave** from the available **dropdown**.
7. Next, Click on **"Upload File"** (scan and upload Doctor's prescription / hand written application with reason in brief).
8. Short note on screen to mention with Leave reason (**optional**).
9. Click **"Submit"** button to submit the Application.

**Note -**

1. **Approved or Rejected Records can be viewed on the same page, immediately after School / Teacher approves**.
