# How Admin Can Manage Members In A DIARY By Using Admin Panel ?

## Admin can now manage DIARY User mapping Using Admin Panel:

1. Login to [Vawsum Web](https://web.vawsum.com/) using your credentials as an **Admin**.
2. Go to **DIARIES** (**available on the Left Panel on Dashboard**).
3. Click on **Manage Diary Members** from theDropdown.
4. Screen would reflect with the options to download and manage Members of a DIARY.
5. **Select** **DIARY** **(dropdown)** needed to rearrange the student mapping.
6. Next, Click on **Download** (green button) to download an excel file to rearrange user mapping.
7. Open and Check the downloaded file to rearrange.
8. In the File, check for the column for **DIARY Mapping**.
9. Select **"Yes/No**" from the dropdown available against each Student.
10. **Select** **Yes** - For Students whose **mapping stays** **in the DIARY**.
11. **Select** **No -** For Students whose **mapping need to be removed**from the DIARY.
12. **Mandate to fill in the mapping status for all the Students as - "Yes/No" (dropdown)**.
13. Once the mapping is completed for all the Users, **save the File**.
14. Go back to the Page in the Panel.
15. Click on **Browse** and **Upload**button to upload the edited file.
16. Check for the prompt for **Successful Upload** of the File.
17. Click on **View** button to View the Updated Records in the System (**double check purpose**)
18. Page displays **only with the name of the Students mapped in the DIARY** and not show the unmapped Students.

**Note -**

1. **Any blank cell in the file would not allow a good upload in the system****.** **All the cells under column DIARY Mapping is a mandate fill before upload.**
