# How Admin Can Have The Control To Unmap A Student from Any DIARY ?

## Follow the given steps to control map and un-map Students with a DIARY using Vawsum Admin Panel:

1. Login to [Vawsum Web](https://web.vawsum.com/) using your credentials as an Admin.
2. Go to Institution (available on the Left Panel on Dashboard).
3. Click on **Student Details** from theDropdown.
4. Next, Click on **See Details** (available on the page opened).
5. Scroll down the page opened.
6. Check for DIARIES mapped with the Student.
7. **Keep the mapping unchanged if they are found to be ok.**
8. **Un-Map** the Student from any un-desired DIARIES (**Click on Un-map button available beside each DIARY**).
9. Click **Ok** on the prompt to proceed with the un-mapping process.
10. Similar process to un-map Student from a DIARY is also available from **Front Office option** **(available on the left menu under institution)**.
11. After clicking on **Front Office**, Next Click on **DIARY Details** (available on the page).
12. Proceed with the same Un-Map process followed in the above steps.

**Note-**

1. **Mapping a Student with a DIARY should be considered according to respective Class meant for the Student.**
2. **Any requirement to map a student with any additional DIARY, can be done by creating and adding Student in a Customized DIARY (please contact Vawsum Support Team)**
